Change of mind

If you change your mind, you can return an unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Damaged on arrival

Our pieces are natural stone and occasionally a piece is damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email us at admin@embernest.com.au within 7 days with a photo of the item and packaging, and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. You won’t need to post the damaged item back.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
