A neat wooden cube filled with rough chunks of Himalayan salt, lit from within so the light finds its way between the stones. Where a single carved lamp is smooth and sculptural, this is all texture in a clean timber frame. Each basket is filled by hand, so the arrangement and colour differ every time. Comes with a dimmer cord and bulb. Wipe the frame with a dry cloth, and switch it on regularly in humid weather.
Will the salt chunks shed? They may release a little fine salt over time; a soft dry brush keeps the frame tidy.
